P.T Barnum said “The cornerstone of success in life is good health: that is the substratum fortune; it is also the basis of happiness. A person cannot accumulate a fortune very well when he is sick”
I believe the cornerstone of happiness; the secret to unleashing our awesome is having a strong healthy body. You are awesome, and it is a darn shame not to celebrate that, or as Socrates said much more eloquently “…what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable”
When we aren’t in great shape, we cannot expect our ambition and motivation to be in great shape.
Every Successful, Awesome person you can think of have something in common. They enjoy what they do. You won’t discover successful individuals that detest what they do.
Have A Look
Each of us is Awesome – Unparalleled, having particular talents and gifts. It’s something innately built-in in all of us, a particular way of being – You. Among the most crucial jobs in your life is to discover these talents and gifts inside yourself, which is an acknowledgement of your awesomeness!
Let’s assume for a second that you have no idea how to use a hammer. Stay with me now – this is a stark over-simplification of how complex we are. If I then hand you some nails and ask you to hammer away. You may use the wrong end or use a bad grip. You have the tools, but you aren’t going to achieve your goal.
Likewise, how may we manage our lives without understanding the many tools usable and their applications? You may even have an instant of enlightened clarity. We may all relate to at last understanding something that had been messing us up. Wouldn’t it be nice if somebody had shared the essential info in advance – before going through the cycles of frustration and maybe surrender, all because we do not know how to use the tools we have?
Realising your own strengths and talents is utterly crucial for any further steps you take in life. Putting them down ought to make them more real to you if you’re not used to thinking of them. If you understand your distinctive strengths and gifts you ought to be able to write them down in a couple of sentences without having to think too much about the process.
Discovering your strengths and talents is like first constructing the basement for your home. It’s your foundation. It’s like the dirt from which a solid and beautiful tree may grow. It supplies you with your unique potential. It’s the unique endowment that came with you when you were born. Your own way, based on your own nature, and on nurture – your very own way of optimising the nature x nurture equation.
Don’t blow your time chasing somebody else’s ambition or goal or anything that isn’t given to you that you can’t claim 1st as your own. Utilise the gifts you came in with or the ones you acquired along the way. You might become really good at something but you’ll never discover true, lasting happiness with it if you can’t own it totally.
Utilise whatever tools you feel comfy with. Attempt to discover a way to dig deeper into yourself. This is your life – and you’re worth it! If good health is the cornerstone of success and happiness in life, how crucial it is that we ought to know how to optimise the nature x nurture equation! And yet how many individuals there are who pay no attention to this, but absolutely breach it, even against their own innate inclination.
We should know that “ignorance” is never bliss. Like if a kid pokes his or her finger into a fire without knowing it burns, and so suffers. We should know our bodies, and how to optimise our diet and training to achieve our goals. For me, personally, its the cornerstone of The BioBeast Method, and my one guiding equation.
They have got hold of a poison; or rather it takes a firm hold of them. A perilous feature is that this artificial appetite, like jealousy, “develops by what it feeds upon;” when you love that which is unnatural, a heavier appetite is produced for the injurious thing than the natural desire for what is harmless. There’s an old proverb which states that “habit is second nature,” but an artificial habit is firmer than nature.
We should always ask ourselves what we bring to it. Have we set a plan by closely examining all the details and the ins and outs of training and performance.
No one will succeed in Unleashing Their Awesome, without the motivation to enable us to start, and reasons to lead us to follow through. Regardless of how much knowledge, intelligence and plans we might have, if our minds are muddled, Our aim unclear, and we don’t even know where we stand, it’s impossible to actually stick to a diet or training plan.
Why not check out my programme selector? It takes the guesswork out of training, diet and everything else, You Bring the Heart, I Bring the Science, and together, We can Unleash Your Awesome!
